To The Lunch Room

The lunch room is filled with all sorts of magnificence beings. In every movie they have stereotypes of how people perceive high school lunch rooms to be. I used to be terrified of high school because of this; but now that I'm in and apart of a group that I sit with every day I never really noticed the cliques until recently.
Yesterday i walked into the lunch room late because I was held up in English class. The lines were short (compared to how they usually are) and the tables were full. As I walked through the lunch room to find the perfect line to go into, i just people watch. I look all around trying not to run into anyone or knock over anything. As my eyes are scanning wildly around the big oasis I see how many groups are here at Lawrence North High School.
It's almost like the movie "Mean Girls" where if there was a new person that came to this school and didn't know anyone and that person and I started talking and became acquainted then I could make a map of the lunch room. I could show that person where they should sit and where they shouldn't. Seriously there is every type of clique: there are the freshman people actually know, Freshman no one knows, outcasts, regular band people, marching band, the Senior table, the Junior table, the Sophomore table, skaters, stoners, sorry to say but the sluts, the socially awkward, people that talk too much, the people that eat their feelings, people that don’t eat at all, the ghetto people, the class clowns, people that are most likely to LARP, and the emotional group.
The lunch room is probably one of the things kids look to in a school day. It’s where they get to sit and talk to there friends about gossip, where they can be themselves, where they can just relax for 30 minuets in the day. This place is where we go to just be free; I mean let’s face it, Someone Had to Say It.

A Blog for the Cheese Heads

Green Bay Packers are the NFC champions and are going into the super bowl in two weeks. Die-hard cheese head Packer’s fan right here. Die hard Aaron Rodgers fan. I am so pumped for this game. As it looks right about now, it’s going to be the Packers v. Steelers.
Cheese Head!
Packers played the bears this weekend and both teams played horrible. I have never witnessed with my own two eyes. Seriously was shaking my head the whole game but was very satisfied with the outcome. The packers who are lead by Aaron Rodgers are very much in shape. They are a team and support everyone; it’s like one huge brother hood, which you can’t really say that with much teams.
The Green Bay Packers are by far one of the most well together team. As I said before they never get down on each other they give each other constructive criticism. This team is how I want to see LNVB to be next year. We need to be one team, on family.
The packers are so fun to watch, you rarely see a fight break out, and you always see Aaron Rodgers going all out. The Packers are my favorite team because they are a good influence for everything. They show good sportsmanship, good teamwork, good family, good winning, and good at not being sore losers.
The Packers are the most influential NFL team, if I could be on a team that would be my team, lets face it, Someone Had to Say it.

Don't Have Time For Dumb People

I feel like I am a teacher half of my life because of dumb people. Clearly you were sleeping all class, why should I let you copy any of my work? Why do you think I’m going to help you with your work? Seriously I don’t have time for people that make dumb decisions. Every decision you make in life has its own consequence no matter if it is good or bad. Yet if you make bad decisions don’t come to me expecting sympathy.
People who do illegal things, don’t expect me to defend you. That is your choice to do that and I don’t have time for dumb people. If you chose to do that then 1) you have super low self-esteem, 2) you want to be “cool”, or 3) you do it to rebel. All of them are inexcusable. You should know right from wrong when you’re in high school seriously lets grow up people.
People that don’t understand what telling the truth is, don’t come to me expecting me to be that one person to actually believe you. If you don’t tell the truth to anyone why would you keep going? You would think that you might want to change your attitude toward lying. You might want to change your thought process on life. How do you expect to get a job, a relationship, or a friendship with anyone? It would be all based on a lie. I don’t have time for dumb people. Well I don’t know who doesn’t think this but Someone Had to Say it.

Smelly

I love talking to people that have dragon breath, that is just in golfing your nostrils and makes your eyes water like you are cutting a dozen onions and you just need to step away. I hope all of my readers know that I am 100% kidding. I really don’t like that at all. The best part about it is that I am not afraid to tall them that they need a tic-tac or something because there breath stinks!
Do you remember that “rip, slip, brush, ah” advertisement that they had for people to brush there teeth when ever where ever? Well they need that back there are just entirely too many people that either don’t know what brushing or gum is. If you have smelly breath, you need to do something about it.
If someone offers you a mint, tic-tac, or a piece of gum don’t say no! They are clearly just trying to help you in the nicest way possible. We all hate when people point out our flaws; especially when we can help it. Don’t take this offensive we really aren’t trying to hurt your feelings at all. We all just want you to not be that smelly breath girl/guy in the room. Seriously no one ever knows how to say it but lets face it, Someone Had to Say it.

Technology

Tweet what you are doing or how you feel, Facebook what you did and how you felt, Foursquare where you are, Myspace and look at all the old pictures, Skype to see someone with out being there, Text someone because you have nothing else to do. Seriously what has the world come to?
I don’t understand why we need all of this Social Networking. I am pretty sure that we can with out this. What good has this brought to our society, older people creeping on the youth of this nation? Older people disguised as 14-18 year olds just to rape and or kill kids? For people to grow up and tell people at there wedding or meetings “this is my husband/wife and we met on Facebook”? Oh wait, none of this is good. So the answer to what good has social networking brought to our society would be, none!
Let’s be honest for a little, clearly most people feel it necessary to have one social network. They see all of there friends, co-workers, family, ex. have one. Yet it’s just like the expression if you see this person jump off of a bridge, would you? Its like social networking has become an addictive drug people can access it anytime of any day. Now that phones have internet, they can be connected as much as they want!
It is just absolutely mind blowing. I think the worst part about this whole thing is that if people are doing “what everyone else is doing” what else is next? What does this mean the world is coming to? Does this mean that the next big thing that is in the media or the next big thing to buy every one must have it? This is ridiculous and I don’t understand why people can’t be themselves. Let’s face it, Someone Had to Say It.
